Safer & Warmer Chimney Services is a new company, but we have over 40 years of experience In the Chimney cleaning and Repair business. We offer fast, friendly, reliable service and work will be completed in a professional manner.
All employees are certified Chimney Sweeps with The Chimney Safety institute of America. Sweeps wear gum soled shoes for walking safely on your roof and to protect your roof from being damaged. We guarantee no mess in your home. When a sweep enters your home they will put down a floor mat, and then place disposable booties on their feet so that no mess will be made on the carpet. If any detects are found our certified sweep will give a written estimate at the end of the inspection. Any questions the customer has about the estimate will be answered at that time.
Our services are many in number. We sweep fireplaces, woodstoves and furnaces, included at no extra charge with cleanings and inspections is a chim-scan camera inspection if possible. Services including but not limited to complete relines of furnaces, fireplaces and hot water heaters. Our liners come with a lifetime warranty. We can pour new mortar or cast crowns. We install stainless steel chimney caps and chase covers. Our sweeps can rebuild a chimney completely or repoint missing mortar. We also do water repellant, parge smoke chambers, rebuild fireboxes, refurbish pre-fabricated fireplace fireboxes, dampers repoint chimneys and install solar attic fans.
We also clean dryer vents, kitchen vents and bathroom vents. We install bird guards, dryer vent alarms and we can reroute dryer vents. Our technicians will take a pressure and temperature reading at the outside vent and the back of the dryer. We connect brushes to a cordless drill through the venting system to clean the lint and any debris in the system. After cleaning we again take pressure and temperature reading at the outside vent and dryer. If we find any defects with the system we will give a written estimate at that time.
